Functional Description

The 5437-080 is a Relay Interface Module designed and manufactured by Woodward. It serves as a block connection terminal component with a 37-pin connector, facilitating the connection of field wires to the front of the I/O Modules of the MicroNet control system. These Field Termination Modules (FTMs) connect to the subminiature D-type connectors on the front of the I/O modules and offer cage-clamp terminal connection points for field wiring. Additionally, they provide shield termination and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) protection. All FTMs are designed to be mounted on 35 mm DIN rails, serving as terminal blocks for field wiring.
