Triconex Processor Module

The Triconex Processor Module is the brain of a Triconex Safety Instrumented System (SIS). It is responsible for executing safety logic, processing sensor data, and initiating control actions when required.

Types of Processor Modules:

• Main Processor Module (MPM): The primary processor responsible for overall system control and execution of safety logic.
• Input/Output Processor (IOP): Manages communication with input/output modules and performs data processing tasks.
