Details

The 3500/15 AC and DC Power Supplies are half-height modules designed for installation in designated slots on the left side of the rack. The 3500 rack can accommodate one or two power supplies in any combination of AC and DC.

Power Supply Functionality:
- Either supply can power a full rack.
- If two power supplies are installed, the lower slot acts as the primary supply and the upper slot serves as the backup.
- Removing or inserting either module does not disrupt operation as long as a second supply is installed.
Input Voltage Range:
- Accepts a wide range of input voltages and converts them for use by other 3500 modules.
Available Power Supplies:
- Universal AC Power
- High Voltage DC Power Supply
- Low Voltage DC Power Supply

Compatibility Note: The Universal AC Power Supply and PIM (Power Input Module) are not compatible with legacy 3500 models.
