Removal and Insertion: Ensure field power supplied to the device (either at the field terminal or via bussed field power through the Carrier) is removed before removing or connecting the card. Cannot be removed or inserted with system power energized to prevent hazards.
Rotary Keying System: Utilizes a rotary keying system to ensure compatibility between I/O cards and terminal blocks post-installation. Terminal block keys must align with the specific I/O card used for proper functionality and safety.
