Allen-Bradley |1756-PA75R/A|Redundant Power Supply
Description
The 1756-PA75R/A is a high-reliability AC redundant power supply designed for use in critical ControlLogix applications. It provides additional uptime protection by ensuring continuous operation even if one power supply fails. The system includes a passive chassis adapter (1756-PSCA2 or 1756-PSCA2XT) that funnels power from the redundant supplies to the single power connector on the ControlLogix chassis backplane.
Features
- Redundancy: Two power supplies share the load; if one fails, the other continues to power the system.
- Wide Input Voltage Range: Supports AC 120/240V ±15%.
- High Efficiency: Up to 93.9% efficiency at 230Vac.
- Compact Design: Small size for easy installation.
- Diagnostics: Includes a solid-state relay and LEDs for status monitoring.
- Auto-Sensing Input: Automatically detects and selects between 120V and 240V AC inputs.
- Global Approvals: Suitable for nearly any installation environment.
