Description

The 3564 is a single-channel digital input (DI) module optimized for safety-critical applications where low cost is more important than maximum availability. It features a single signal path with triplicated portions required to ensure safe operation. The module has 64 commoned points and includes special self-test circuitry to detect stuck-ON and stuck-OFF fault conditions in less than half a second.
